With this collar you can mount your Sniper Pole to existing over the side mounts with a slide thru pole design. 
 
The aluminum collar above the cone is the product you are buying. 
 
Cone and mount plate are not our products. However, if you call we can source them for you.
 
Your cone slides on to the Sniper Pole mounting sleeve and stops against this collar allowing you to adjust the height of the pole and depth of transducer.
