Minn Kota Ultrex 360 Sniper Mount (rubber insert)
 
Mounts to your Ultrex using 3 bolts. The plate is 3/8" Thick Aluminum with multiple holes for mounting different items. 
 
The quick release clamp with is 1-1/2" that clamps over a rubber insert that wraps your Humminbird 360 shaft.
